FIELDS OF APPLICATION
- SELLADOR S10 can be applied on non-absorbent surfaces without primer (such as aluminium and glass) and on absorbent surfaces after priming with IMPRIMACIÓN SELLADOR S10 (on concrete, mortar, wood, tiles and bricks).
- Extreme expansion joints
- Secure sealing of Rosa Gres System 10® slabs.
- Ideal in extreme cases: underfloor heating, cold rooms at -30ºC, façades subjected to inclement heat, cold and humidity, etc.
Ideal for sealing PVC wall penetrations in public or private swimming pools.
HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before applying SELLADOR S10 we recommend as follows:
- All contact substrates must be fully cured, resistant and solid, as well as free of dust, paint, waxes, oils and grease at all times.
- Basic application of SELLADOR S10
- Make a V-shaped area with a hammer around the pipe. The recessed area around the pipe must be a minimum of 25 mm wide and 25 mm deep.
- Apply the IMPRIMACIÓN SELLADOR S10 by brush. Dry for at least 1 hour (but no more than 4 hours).
- Apply SELLADOR S10 using a gun specifically designed for this purpose.
- Apply SELLADOR S10 on the concrete side and then apply more SELLADOR S10 on the PVC side.
- The putty must penetrate deeply and be in contact with the sides of the concrete

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?
- Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
- Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
- Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
