FIELDS OF APPLICATION
- Perfect for bonding stone, porcelain stoneware and thin ceramic slabs.
- Ideal for façades, swimming pools, floors and walls, for both interior and exterior use, and for ETICS systems, on mortar and anhydrite screeds without prior priming; installation on waterproof plasterboard panels such as Pladur, or on gypsum or standard plasterboard with prior priming using HIDROPRIMER.
- Suitable for installing insulating panels made of polystyrene, mineral wool and acoustic insulation panels, among others.
HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before applying FIXMAX S2 LIGHT we recommend as follows:
- All substrates must be resistant, solid and free from dust, paint, wax, oils and grease.
- Highly absorbent substrates or those exposed to direct sunlight should be lightly dampened beforehand to prevent loss of water from the mix.
Preparing the mix:
- Mix 6.5 L of water per 15 kg bag, using a low-speed electric mixer to avoid lumps.
- Apply the mixture with a notched trowel and apply sufficient pressure to ensure a minimum contact coverage of 80%.
- Protect newly installed flooring from excessive heat, frost, rain, etc., for at least 24 hours after installation.

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?
- Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
- Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
- Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
