FIELDS OF APPLICATION

  • The 15 kg buckets are ideal for quick on-site applications without dosing errors.
  • To achieve maximum mechanical strength, it is essential to mix the entire bucket with only 1.8–1.9 litres of clean water.
  • This is an ULTRA-FAST drying product, perfect for concrete or asphalt pavements.
  • Ideal for high-traffic areas such as supermarkets, hospitals, etc., where immediate reopening to service is required.

HOW IS IT APPLIED?

Before applying PAVIFORT ASFALT we recommend as follows:

  • Substrates must be clean, free from dust, fully cured and with a residual moisture content below 8%.
  • Hot substrates, with temperatures even above 70°C, must be cooled with water beforehand and left to dry for 20 minutes before applying the repair mortar.

Preparing the mix:

  • Mix 1.8–1.9 L of water per 15 kg bucket using a high-speed electric mixer to avoid lumps. We recommend not making partial mixes and using the full 15 kg in a single mix.
  • Apply the mixture by pouring it directly onto the area to be repaired. The product is very fluid and will fill the entire space, levelling itself automatically.
  • Protect the newly applied screed from excessive heat, frost, rain, etc., for at least 2 hours after application.

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?

  • Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
  • Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
  • Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
