HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before applying FIX-REVOCO PROYECTABLE we recommend as follows:
In all cases the following distinctions must be made:
- FIX-REVOCO PROYECTABLE allows mortar plastering on substrates such as brick, concrete, mortar and concrete block walls. The substrates must in all cases be in good condition, without spalling, cracks, dust or release oils.
- You must ALWAYS check the absorption of the substrate as follows: wet the substrate with a brush to check if it gets wet when you pass our hand over it. If this is the case, the substrate is not absorbent, it should not be wettedbeforehand. If this is not the case, the substrate must be dampened before applying the FIX-REVOCO PROYECTABLE.
Preparing the mix:
- Mixing can be done with an automatic pump, in a mixer or in a lorry mixer.
- Add enough water to give the resulting mortar a “wet sand” consistency. At this point, do not add any more water.
- The recommended water content is 17% of the weight of the FIX-REVOCO PROYECTABLE, i.e. 4.25 litres of water for each 25 kg bag. Mix for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Download the FIX-REVOCO PROYECTABLE Data Sheet to check all the technical details and ensure correct, safe application.
HOW IS IT RECYCLED?
- Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
- Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
- Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
