HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before applying IMPERTOT we recommend as follows:
- All contact substrates must be fully cured, resistant and solid, as well as free of dust, paint, waxes, oils and grease at all times.
Preparation and application
- We recommend that all corners, apexes and drains be fitted with the BANDA IMPERMEABLE 120/70 or the FIX-BANDA in order to achieve total waterproofing of these critical points.
- The FIX-BANDA is an ultra-elastic butyl that is very easy to apply: just remove the protective papers.
- In areas with direct sunlight, moisten the surface with water until it is saturated, removing excess water and avoiding waterlogging.
Preparing the mix:
- IMPERTOT is a pre-dosed product. Mix the powder with the liquid (do NOT add any extra water), then mix intensively with an electric mixer for a few minutes (this step is MANDATORY). The resulting mixture will be homogeneous. If applied via airless sprayer, 1 litre of extra water can be added for every 32 kg of mixed product.
Application:
- Apply a 1st layer of IMPERTOT with a brush or fine trowel or pneumatic spraying system. This layer must not be more than 2 mm thick.
- Let the 1st layer dry for approx. 4 hours.
- Apply a 2nd layer of IMPERTOT perpendicular to the 1st layer.
- In swimming pools or tanks we recommend applying a minimum of 2 layers, each 1 mm thick. The aim is to withstand permanent positive pressures of maximum 3 bar. More layers means more protection, so to resist higher pressure, increase the number of layers (always apply layers with a maximum thickness of 1 mm).

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?
- Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
- Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
- Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
