FIELDS OF APPLICATION

LÁMINA STEEL is self-adhesive and applicable to non-absorbent surfaces, for subsequent bonding of ceramics on top using C2S1-type cement glue.
Thanks to its high flexibility and tensile strength, it is ideal for waterproofing metal and plastic surfaces.

Used in conjunction with LAMINA PROOF:

  • The ideal and very economical solution for lining galvanised steel or polypropylene swimming pools with a ceramic or glass mosaic finish.
  • This is the best aesthetic solution for this type of swimming pool, replacing the traditional PVC liner.

HOW IS IT APPLIED?

Before laying LAMINA STEEL we recommend as follows:

  • Clean the walls with clear acetone and remove all dust from the concrete base.

Application

  • Stick the self-adhesive LAMINA STEEL to the walls. Do not overlap the sheets.
  • Glue the LAMINA PROOF to the bottom of the swimming pool using the TECNOCOL GEL cement glue. Do not overlap the sheets.
  • On the walls, on the floor and at the junction of the wall and floor, glue the BANDA SOLAPES on both sides of the sheets with EPOXICOL
  • Glue the cladding with TECNOCOL GEL.
  • Grouting the ceramic with CERPOXI or PROFESSIONAL PX.
  • Download the LAMINA STEEL Data Sheet to check all the technical details, to view the various possible solutions according to each need and to ensure correct, safe application.

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?

  • Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
  • Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
  • Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
