Liquid polyurethane membrane for in-situ and overlap-free waterproofing of roofs, roof terraces, floorings, water tanks, swimming pool decks, changing rooms.

FIXAQUA FILM is a water-based polyurethane.

  • 100% waterproof and watertight.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

  • Continuous waterproofing, without joints, overlaps or seams, easily, quickly and safely installed on site.
    100% watertight waterproofing of mortar, concrete, wood, metal, ceramic roofs, tanks, bathrooms, changing rooms, swimming pool decks, cornices, gutters, floor tiles and facings.
  • Elastic waterproofing that replaces asphalt fabric on terraces and balconies.
  • Ideal waterproofing to withstand extreme weather conditions: it absorbs the expansion-shrinkage movements of the substrate and possible small cracks.
  • Waterproofing with good chemical resistance to seawater, dilute acids and alkalis and acid rain.
  • Re-waterproofing of old asphalt sheets, acrylic paints, roofs with tiles, zinc, aluminium and fibre cement.
  • It can be used as a paint to protect concrete against carbonation.
  • To lay ceramic tiles on top, use TECNOCOL GEL.

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?

  • Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
  • Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging. 
  • Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
