Can be applied horizontally and vertically<\/li>\n<li>As a thin-layer adhesive cement, for bonding ceramic materials, stoneware, iron and precast concrete. Placing marble pieces in thresholds, lintels, kitchen sinks, etc.<\/li>\n<li>The addition of powder (the 3rd component) can be varied, giving rise to very diverse applications; fillings by casting without shrinkage, anchoring of metal bolts, thixotropic repair of concrete, spalling repairs, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><b>HOW IS IT APPLIED?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1698321629921{background-color: #f2f2f2 !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Before applying EPOXICOL, we recommend as follows:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All substrates must be fully cured, resistant and solid, as well as free of dust, paint, waxes, oils and grease at all times.<\/li>\n<li>It is highly recommended to sandblast the substrate. As a minimum, brushing with a metal brushing tool is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>If the application is on concrete, the concrete must have set at least 28 days prior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<p>Mix the three components as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove the three components from the bucket.<\/li>\n<li>Empty the contents of the two bottles completely into the bucket.<\/li>\n<li>Add about half of the powder and mix with a spiral whisk attached to an electric drill at a low RPM. (300 r.p.m. recommended).<\/li>\n<li>Add as much powder as necessary depending on the type of application, which can range from a fluid mass to a thick paste.<\/li>\n<li>Please take the following into account:<\/li>\n<li>In the case of bolt anchorages in concrete, the diameter of the hole must be 4 mm larger than the diameter of the bolt.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the tools with water before the
