The mortar substrates where ELASTICER CAPA GRUESA is to be applied must be perfectly set.

Any presence of moisture will affect adhesive adhesion.

If it needs to be applied to bonded PVC, PRIMER PARA ELASTICER must be pre-applied (consult us).

Preparation of the components

The components are perfectly pre-dosed. The proportions should not be altered.

A set consists of: 1 large and 1 small bottle of liquid and 1 bag of powder. Empty the contents of the two bottles completely into the bucket. Next, pour all the powder out of the bag. Mix the mass with a spiral mixer at a high RPM for 2-3 minutes

Application

When a waterproof layer is required (wood, showers, swimming pools, etc.), proceed as follows: spread ELASTICER CAPA GRUESA with a smooth trowel, achieving a minimum uniform thickness of ½ mm.

After 24 hours, apply ELASTICER CAPA GRUESA with a notched trowel. In difficult applications, outdoor settings or when bonding pieces larger than 30×30 cm, use the double-bonding technique.

Where floorings are subject to vibrations, we recommend leaving wide joints of at least 5 mm. The parts to be laid must be dry. Always apply pressure on the tile to ensure a good grip. Tap on the pieces with a rubber mallet.

Protect the newly installed flooring from excessive heat, frost, rain, etc., for at least 24 hours after installation.

Very important: the setting time of ELASTICER CAPA GRUESA depends on the temperature of the room where it is applied: DO NOT use ELASTICER at temperatures below +8°C.

Download the ELASTICER CAPA GRUESA Data Sheet to check all the technical details, to view the various possible solutions according to each need and to ensure correct, safe application.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”recycle”][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

HOW IS IT RECYCLED?

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” css=”.vc_custom_1698321638085{background-color: #f2f2f2 !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.

Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.

Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

RELATED PRODUCTS

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Tri-component reactive resin-based adhesive for waterproof and elastic bonding of ceramic tiles on a wide range of substrates.

Totally waterproof (100%).

Excellent adhesion to most substrates: ceramic, concrete, iron, paint (in good condition), PVC, mortar, wood, metals etc.

Offering maximum mechanical strength in a very short time.

Extraordinary elasticity.

Highly resistant to ageing.

Pre-dosed product

[187,183

post-5843","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-for-very-difficult-surfaces","product_cat-special-adhesives","first","instock","shipping-taxable","product-type-simple
<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
