FIELDS OF APPLICATION
- Ideal for tanks, swimming pools, pipes and in general for any element made of cement and containing water inside.
- When for example a swimming pool is leaking water at a maximum rate of 80 litres/day, you can try to seal the micro-cracks in the concrete without emptying the swimming pool and before taking other more aggressive measures
HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before applying NO-CRACKS we recommend as follows:
- Switch the multifunctional valve of the purification system to “recirculate” the water without passing through the filter.
How to apply NO-CRACKS
- Following the attached consumption table, add the recommended litres of NO-CRACKS directly to the swimming pool water.
- If it is suspected that the crack may be in a pipe, NO-CRACKS can also be applied directly to the skimmers.
- Keep the swimming pool purification in recirculation mode for a maximum of 48-72 hours.
- During this process, the swimming pool must NOT be used.
- End the application process
- Once it is determined that NO-CRACKS has fortunately been effective and stopped the minor water loss, or that the 72-hour deadline has passed and the crack was larger than expected, you must IN ALL CASES return the multifunction valve to “filtration” mode and regulate the pH of the swimming pool water, which will probably be a little more alkaline at the end of the process.
Application in drinking water tanks:
- WARNING: water to which NO-CRACKS has been added to stop leaks is NOT drinkable and must be discarded. Once the tank has been emptied, clean the concrete with soap and water; rinse thoroughly; and refill the tank with fresh water.
- Download the NO-CRACKS Data Sheet to check all the technical details and ensure correct, safe application.
HOW IS IT RECYCLED?
- Use cardboard and paper recycling bins to dispose of unusable and empty sacks.
- Use plastic recycling bins for unusable and empty plastic packaging.
- Mortar residues and leftover building materials must be disposed of at the appropriate green point or recycling location for your district.
